This partner-free ballroom dance party is designed to help you tone your body, increase cardiovascular fitness, and have a great time while following along with the instructor!
All levels of dancers and non-dancers will enjoy this class while experiencing basic rhythms of popular ballroom and Latin dances. If you already dance, this class is great cross-training to prepare you to enjoy hours of social or competitive dancing.
