Fayetteville Memorial Day Murph

About the Event

Invite your friends to join us for the Memorial Day Murph in remembrance of those who sacrificed so much for our community and nation. Register here for the Murph Challenge. The Murph is a workout that consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run. Bring your own weighted vest if you would like to add it to increase the difficulty level. Breakfast and awards to follow.
