About the Event

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

Course Information:

The start and finish line is located on the Eastern Trail, behind, and accessible from, the Biddeford SMHC Hospital car park. The dirt trail is straight, flat and without any significant elevation changes.

Bug spray may be advisable, especially in wet or humid conditions. Participants may come across a variety of wildlife on the route, please do not touch or disrupt any of the wildlife.
