9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Arts, Crafts & Food and Fun (Festival Grounds)

10:00 a.m.: Parade (Downtown Blanchard)

11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.: Carnival (Festival Grounds)

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Children's Activities (Festival Grounds)
(Face Painting, Shriner Clowns & Balloons, etc.)

10:45 a.m. - Till: Pavilion Entertainment/Street Dance
