1st Annual F45 Wentzville Memorial Day Hike

About the Event

F45 Wentzville is excited to announce that we will be coming together as a community to make a meaningful impact this Memorial Day with our partners at Veterans Forces with the Ruck X Memorial Day Hike. Our studio is a Marine Corps veteran owned business so this is a very special event for us!

Ruck X is a 4.5-mile ruck hike that will take place on Memorial Day starting at F45 Wentzville. It will remember and honor our fallen service members, and bring awareness to current issues facing our military, veterans and their families. In addition, through peer-to-peer online fundraising, we will raise both monetary and food donations for our military/veterans.

This year, we are directing up to 50% of the funds raised right back into our F45 family to support transitioning service members in becoming F45 Certified Coaches! The remaining 50% goes to support our military and veterans across the United States, including fighting against PTSD, veteran suicides, homelessness and food insecurity.
