This virtual wellness-focused class aims to improve participants’ mental outlook, reduce stress, enhance range of motion, and boost overall well-being. By signing up to participate in the Let’s Move with Zumba Fitness! class program to be held May through June (“Program”), I agree that: this waiver of liability shall cover my participation in the Program for all of the 2024 calendar year and that I am physically capable of participating in the Program. Martinez Ballet Foklorico and AARP, its affiliates, and respective employees, directors, officers and agents from any and all liability, claims, and demands of every kind with respect to, including without limitation, any bodily injury, illness, death, property damage or any other harm, that may arise from my participation in the Program even if caused by the negligence of AARP or Anita N.
