About the Event
Expand your culinary skill set in this online cooking class offered in collaboration with the Culinary Arts educational program at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, as Chef Emily Larsen uses familiar favorites from the garden in bold new ways. In this demo-style class, you will learn how to make Roasted Butternut Bisque with Maple Croutons. Recipes will be provided, and you can also download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
